By downloading, installing, or using GLYVIA ("Software"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

2.1 Free Version

GLYVIA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free version, which includes:

• Generation of one (1) free clinical report
• Unlimited access to glucose monitoring dashboard
• Apple Health data import functionality

2.2 Full Version

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, device-bound license to use the full version, which includes:

• Unlimited report generation
• All clinical analysis modules
• Advanced trend interpretation
• Period-based analysis features
• Priority support access

3. License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Share your license key with other users
• Install the Software on more than one device per license
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Use the Software for commercial health services without authorization
• Circumvent license validation mechanisms
• Extract algorithms for independent use

4. Device-Based Licensing

Licenses are bound to specific devices:

• One license activates one device permanently
• Hardware changes may require reactivation (contact support)
• Device transfer requires license deactivation (1 transfer per year)
• Unauthorized multi-device use will result in license revocation

5. User Obligations

5.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use GLYVIA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Apple Health data you import.

5.3 Medical Decisions

You acknowledge that GLYVIA is for informational purposes only and must NOT be used as the sole basis for medical decisions without consulting healthcare professionals.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in GLYVIA, including but not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• Analysis algorithms and methodologies
• User interface design
• Branding, logos, and trademarks
• Documentation and educational materials

...remain the exclusive property of GLYVIA. These Terms do not grant you any rights beyond the limited license described herein.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice. Purchased licenses are honored at the price paid.

7.2 Refund Policy

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund within 14 days of purchase
• Technical Issues: Refund available if Software fails to function as described
• No Partial Refunds: After 14 days, no refunds for partial use

7.3 Currency

Prices are displayed in USD. Local currency conversions may apply based on payment processor rates.

8. Updates and Maintenance

8.1 Software Updates

GLYVIA may release updates to improve functionality, security, or compliance. Updates are provided at our discretion and may be required for continued use.

8.2 Automatic Updates

You may configure the Software to check for updates automatically. You can disable this feature in Settings.

8.3 No Obligation

We are not obligated to provide updates, but may do so to enhance user experience.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of GLYVIA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Medical Disclaimer

10.2 No Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy of analysis results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLYVIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Medical outcomes or health decisions based on Software use
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the license

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLYVIA from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Software
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Medical decisions made based on Software output

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and ceasing use.

12.2 Termination by GLYVIA

We may terminate your license immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the Software fraudulently
• Share licenses or circumvent protections
• Engage in reverse engineering

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Software ceases immediately
• You must uninstall the Software from all devices
• No refunds are provided for violation-based terminations
• Locally stored data remains on your device

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

14. Changes to Terms
